EXTRA EXTRA FROM JEANETTE RIX

I received this a couple days ago, but wanted to get an okay from Jeanette before publishing it. This is 4 month old Teddy, a Syrian Brown Bear, born January 19, 2006, at the Rix compound, he also has a baby sister. Albert would be proud!!!!

Albert Rix! You can't imagine how good it makes me feel to say, "he was my friend", there are no words of praise that can come come close to describing him, a wonderful man, a wonderful family. Knowing them all made it worth being here!!!!

What is the Rix family doing these days.
I remember visiting their home when I was a kid. They had such a great act. It was one of my favorites growing up.

Darlene: I believe Susan has a Bear Exhibit she does on fairs, & Jeanette has a small leash Bear Act. Yes a great act, & great people, we worked their hometown with the Tigers, and every morning Albert was outside the trailer at 8;am to see if we needed anything.
