MARION A. CRISTIANI

This incredibly beautiful woman... from the inside out was my mother, and my fondest wish is that in my lifetime that I will be able to achieve one tiny fraction of her beautiful outlook of life, and to be just a tiny bit of her would be a prayer answered.
Marion A. Cristiani--my mother!

I was a little girl on the Polack show, but I still have very vivid memories of Marion Christiani. She was magical in the ring and her costumes were so far ahead of their time and so incredible, I don't think they could ever be duplicated---just like her.

She was one of my favorite people to work with when I was a kid. I loved her. She was always so nice to all the show kids. I remember once she gathered all the kids on the show and we decorated Easter eggs. She had all types of things for us to use for decorating the eggs. Of course she had the best ideas for decorating and taught us all of her great ideas. She even showed me how to make earings from an egg carton. She was magical and I will always remember her with found memories.

To those of you who've made such beautiful comments on their memories of my mother.............
******My heart has always been filled with pride in my memories of her but to see that others remember her in such wonderful ways fills my heart with joy as I know she would be full of smiles knowing she is remembered for the sweet impressions she made on many of you as children and of course for her extravagance in her wardrobe style. What fun she always had with
life. Thank you all...for your memories of her.

Have you noticed how very busy everyone is now adays! Always on the go doing something. Is anyone at all taking the time to have real FUN? Enjoying life seems to come down to getting older and remembering the fun we all had in our youth. What does the next generation have to remember? We never had much in material things, but we sure made the memories!! Its amazing how we survived the hardships. Not knowing they were hardships might have something to do with it. Lasting life long friendships can not be bought. Although I could get very friendly for a couple of million.

Thats' Marion -- and we have a tree planted in her honor in Chesterton, Indiana. I remember the season on the Polack show back in the 7o's -- Marion had this huge trunk of "everything imagineable"-- each show she would create a different costume from its' contents-- all the girls in the dressing-room waited to see what she would wear next!! She was a wonderful lady, and we remember her with love and afection-- Ruthie & Frank Clark
