About Me
- Name: 24-HOUR-MAN
- Location: GIBSONTON, FLORIDA, United States
Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

That's Ernie Burch doing the Washer Woman gag on the Ringling show in the summer of 1947.
You can tell the year because he hadn't yet added the oversized eyelashes to his makeup in this photo.

Probably the best cook on any circus. Else why was her picture taken in the first place. God I miss the cook house. Flies and all.
Well we don't have a name but this is the dishwasher on Dailey Bros. Circus 1949. All I can say is, it beats "coldwater"!!!!
