Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

75 YEARS BACK DOWN THE ROAD

From Evansville, IN.,2003 we're going all the way back to 1928 to see some more of Downie Bros. street parade, these parades were a great advertising for all the old time Big Top Circuses, and you couldn't help but know there was a Circus in town.

I do have some, but I'll have to look for them. We did a segment for the Today Show one Summer and I know I have some of that. They shot for 9 hours, and aired 2 1/2 minutes, it was great fun.
