RECIPE FOR ELEPHANT STEW

I'm sure most of you have seen this before, but some things turn up in the strangest places, Trudy found this recipe in an old church cookbook!

I wonder if it would be okay to use propane, I hate the smell of kerosene.
I'm sure many remember the kerosene heaters in trailers, & remember turning it on, forgetting about it, and then have to sop up the excess kerosene before lighting it. I remember Bruce LaBlonde lighting his one time with too much kerosene in the stove & the flames were coming out through the top of the stack.

I think I will stick to eating Elephant Ears ---- that's those pastries that actually look like the ear of an Elephant. Buenos Dias -calls them "Butter PALMIERS"
Them - I enjoy.
Thanks anyway Trudy -----

We still have a kerosene stove in a cottage- the biggest hazard is turning high too quickly and the metal expands - kaboom, over and over. cc
