Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

IN MEMORY: PAUL A. MILLER

Many an act spent the Winter months working on Paul Miller's combination Circus-Carnival when he played shopping centers around Florida.

From Eddy Ventura.
I saw the obit on Paul Miller. He gave me my first job as a wirewalker in 1962 and it was on his show I met the people who helped me get started in the circus. I don't know how many people remember his show, but it was what the story described. While I was there George Bruno ( breakaway pole) and Tommy Hanneford's riding act (his father's act at that time) were there among others. It's a time I will never forget. Eddy Ventura
