USING YOUR HEAD #12: STACKING THE CHINAWARE

I guess these photo could have gone into the preceding post of "unusual", but I felt they deserved a place of their own.

JAMES HALL
Jimmy Hall, along with his brother Erwin, & sisters, Carmen & Jeanine,(Nini) were sensations, as "The Cycling Whiz Kids", Unicycle Act when they were very young. Here is Jimmy in 1977. Their father Mel Hall, was considered by many as the greatest unicyclist of all times.

YVONNE JONIDES
Yvonne & her brother, & sisters performed their childhood Unicycle Act as "the Golden Kids".

DIETER TASSO
Dieter was the one who inspired others to do the cups & saucers, however he performed it on a slack wire rather than a unicycle, later in his career a bone spur in his foot forced him off the wire, & onto the ground. It never slowed him down, as he continues today to entertain audiences all over the world.

On the subject of jugglers, I've always thought it was an extremely stressfull occupation, they practice all day long, constantly worry about looking bad if they drop something, & develop a bad back from picking up the things they do drop.

If you have ever watched them closely you'll notice their head moving back & forth as they watch the things they throw into the air, or as they watch them coming back down,(which things tend to do when you throw them into the air), I've always thought that shaking your head like that your whole life must eventually get to you!!!! But then maybe I'm wrong????







I sincerely hope my efforts to inject a little humor here & there doesn't offend anyone, make no mistake about it these photos show some of the most talented performers to ever enter the circus ring!
