Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

FOR J. GOODALL # 2

The top photo here is Marvin Seabright, seen standing on the platform of what is still reputed to be the highest swaypole in history, even Seldon admitted that. This is the rigging used by French Cajun, Ben Muton, who worked in the same time period as Seldon, "The Stratasphere Man",oddly enough Ben told me he thought Seldon's pole was higher, Ben's, & later Marvin's, pole was an actual 148'. The bottom photo shows Ron Kelroy moving one of the huge concrete blocks John mentioned.
