Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

I alway thought that Mable Stark and Eloise would have been friends. Mable would have repected Eloise who was a real trainer. Eloise would have looked nice in the type of Wardrobe Mable wore as neither women were into girly sequins and feathers. Hard working ladies that have never been equiled.

When we see the full scope of this photo, we can count 16 tigers. It was one of Mabel's greatest acts, on Al. G. Barnes, 1930.
