Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

FROM JOHN HERRIOTT'S CIRCUS TRIVIA TREASURES

Circus trivia question.

During the cold war A cultural exchange took place. Engineered by HOI Morris Chalfen and involving Art Concello whereby a group of American circus type acts would go to the Soviet Union and the Moscow Circus would appear here. Two great clowns from each country would be part of that exchange that did take place.

What were their respective names?
