About Me
- Name: 24-HOUR-MAN
- Location: GIBSONTON, FLORIDA, United States
Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

I would just love to see a family a family bare-back riding act in the circus again.
Talking about when 3 ring displays don't do justice to an act; my poor husband Danny Carey was in 2 very unusual displays. On a Hanneford date he did his rola-bola with Bones Craigs elephant and Vitals sword balancing. On Jordan's he did his hand balancing with a wheel and a russian swing!
The sad thing is that large riding acts that we have enjoyed in the past are probably a thing of the past because of the cost of supporting the act. Possibly such an act would be a family from Europe or South America. I hope another group would come on the scene.
