Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

CIRCUS AMERICA: AERIAL BALLET & SMALL ANIMAL DISPLAY

AERIAL BALLET
Lou Regan used to affectionately refer to the aerial ballet as, "The Milk-Maid's Follies"

The girls in the two pictures above are Lora "Dinky" Patterson, Judy Jacobs Kaye, Chris,(she is now Chris Schreiber), Donna Wilson, & Aileen Kay.

There were 32 web girls in the Aerial Ballet, that featured "Cookie" Arturo doing Heel & Toe Trapeze, unfortunately I have no photos of him. He made his entrance in a black & white plaid "Zoot Suit", on a Chopper Motorcycle.

ANTONUCCI'S CHIMPS
You might wonder about the descriptions under some pictures, but it is because of the way the pics were arranged on the pages. I started out doing a lot more editing, but decided I wanted to get this on before Christmas. I've also added some photos of acts from my files that were not in the program.
