Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

AMERICAN CIRCUS CORP. #3

Buckles told me his father made a note on the back of a copy of this photo that this is a team of Sells Floto elephants pulling a Hagenbeck-Wallace wagon, not uncommon since both shows were part of the Corporation. He also noted that the elephant in Trilby's harness is not Trilby. It is an impressive sight.

Pure Circus History! The likes of which we will never see again I'm afraid.
