Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!
The top picture of this young lady as a performer in 1940 on Bud E. Anderson Circus, then we see her 30 odd years later with Trudy & Paul Kaye, at a "home from Hawaii" party,(any excuse for a party), at Paul's house. She was from a well known Mexican circus family.

Her husband's name was Phil!
Well since it will soon be going into the Archives, I guess I'll have to 'fess up. The only person to identify this lovely & popular lady was Frank Curry, by telephone, she is Betty Escalante, wife of Phil Escalante. Frank, you win the free ticket, it ain't good for anything, but it's free.
