Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!
I know Togare (Georg Lulovits), has benn covered before but since he is part of this series of photos I'll put him in again.
He was the student of Karl Krone and Karl Lichtenthal and was with Circus Krone until 1928 working 4 Lions, & 4 Tigers. He went to Englands Circus Carmo in 1929 where he worked a group of 9 Lions. This photo is on Gircus Carmo in 1929.
