Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

It was memorable to meet such a sparkling person as Lottie Brunn on RBB, in '57. She was a beautiful person, with an effervescent personality in and out of the ring, which projected her incredible skills in one of the finest juggling acts ever shown.

Equally impressive was Mr. Tasso, whom I first saw, I believe, in the early '50s on RB. I've never forgotten how he kicked that spoon up into the cup, while swaying on the slack wire. And what indelible showmanship.
