Could the clown be Paul Wetzel? Pat Cashin or Steve Copeland could probably confirm or know the identity of the clown if I am incorrect.

Thanks to Cherie Valentine, I do have the identity of the Flying Act Troupe, sorry Bobaluie!
These are the famous Flying Melzoras who were based out of Saginaw, Michigan. Far right is Ann(e?) Thomas; next right is Mama Melzora; next right is Buster, I believe; and finally is, OH I forget his name off the top of my head, but this is the Melzora with the artifiial leg. Hope this helps!
