Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!
What a beautiful bannerline, I'm quite sure this is on a Carnival, or fair. The Wilson family were on John Francis United Shows, in 1920, and on Ziegler United Shows, in 1938-39, & briefely in 1940. I know that Dime Wilson had Snake Shows throughout the years, and at times had Monkeys, but I don't find anything that would indicate this show was his.

If I follow the bannerline,"Trained,Dog,Pony,Monkey Circus", what's the black thing hanging in the air between the next bannerline, with what looks like two or three persons standing below or behind it ??The band's dressing room ??
