I've tried this twice already, it will probably show up 3 times.
Lee, you got 2 out of 4, the catcher goes back further.

I don't believe that Bob Yerkes went that far back but I can at least ask.

You're right Ron! I'm sure someone will easily guess Harold Ward, now who is the young lady? She & the two flyers were The Wood-Pinson Flyers on The Gil Gray Circus in 1962.

The young lady in this Flying Act was Trudy Strong.
In 1961 Trudy & I had only been married about 1 1/2 yrs. and didn't have an act put together yet. Joanne, Trudy & I had a chance to go to Detroit for the girls to work productions, & me work rigging so we went. One of the acts there was the Jim Wharvel's White Horse Troupe, (Ward Beam Troupe) who did no hands, bareback jumping on horses, they needed a couple more girls so Joanne & Trudy joined out. When Detroit finished they asked us to go with them to Minneapolis so we did, Harold Ward had put an act together for the date but Millie didn't come, so Trudy was asked to work in the act. I remember her sitting on a horse waiting to do spec when Billy Woods brought this tall guy up and said, "Trudy, I'd like you to meet your catcher".
