Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!
This photo of the Vargas Menagerie comes from Eva Williams, and dates about 1981, or '82, I don't remember what year Rex left the show, but I know he rejoined in 1987 which was the year Trudy & I joined. By then they had aquired a tent for the menagerie, which sure made things better for all.
