Seen that look before! You are going to do what!!!!!!!! Not thrilled about the idea of a leash.
All I ever see is the back end of a pet that does not want to put on a collar. They get faster every year. I start with cat collars at 8 weeks if I can. Actually I prefer harnesses. If I have to use a collar, a grayhound collar works best for me. They can't slip out of them.
