Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!

SNAPSHOT: THEY SCALED THE ALPS,,,,PEAK TO PEAK!!!!

That was Paul Kaye' introduction of The Cosmos Incline Motorcycle on Dobritch Int. Circus. This is not The Comos.
This photo is marked on the back "Zugspitz Artisten",(Zugspitz Performers), and dated 1949. I worked with them on the St Louis Police Circus in 1956, but do not recall them doing this act. What I remember was a cross-over on a wire suspended in highest possible point of the St Louis Arena. They did give me an autographed copy of this photo, and another unusual photo, of what appeared to be a Crosly automobile on a double incline wire.
