Three years at CWM made me a real traditionalist, and I keep remembering Bob Parkinson saying, "I want the people to see what the circus used to be, not what it is today. That's what this site is about!
I see on the Haag Family History Site, that one of the acts in the 1944 Zuhrah Shrine Circus program was Nick Cravat & Co."Feats of skill on the Bars" That "Co." was Bert Lancaster. When I worked with George Hubler doing Bars, the act was Glenn Martin & Co., Glenn Martin being George, & I was "Co."
I guess that puts me in pretty good "Company"!!!!
